TERMS & CONDITIONS

FUNDS:

We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal payments and wire transfers. Payments by money order, personal or corporate checks take 8 business days to clear. All applicable taxes are extra.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING:

Sporadically due to system or human errors information on our website may not be accurately displayed. While we take every precaution to avoid these errors, we reserve the right to correct any errors when they occur and we will not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. It might occur sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we are able to post notification to the website. In this case we will notify you personally as soon as this is noted.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY:

All our jewellery valued over $1,000 comes with a credit card size Certificate of Authenticity issued by Independent Registered Certified Gemologist.

30-DAYS RETURN POLICY:

All our jewellery goes through additional vigorous quality control process before shipment and we are very confident that our product will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

  • Contact us and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
  • Send your item(s) in its original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (FedEx or UPS) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
  • Send your package to:

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

  • The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
  • Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
  • Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
  • Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
  • Rings sized blow 5 or over 7 1/2 are considered as a special orders.
  • Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
  • If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.
