SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders will be shipped to you fully insured via FedEx or UPS
Most items will be shipped the same day or day after payment clearing.
Allow 2-3 days for additional services such as ring resizing or jewellery appraisal.
Shipping charges include packaging material and insurance.
For your protection Jewellery Clearance Depot Ltd. (JCD) insures and registers all items for their full value.
For your protection also, all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address and an adult signature is required.
JCD will NOT ship to P.O. Box.

Your shipment may be postponed for the following reasons:
'Bill to' and 'Ship to' information is not the same
Your payment requires verification
Modification to your item such as resizing, shortening etc. must be made
Packages that are refused by the customer without a reason will automatically be assessed 15% restocking charge.
